    Absolutely excellent!

    Would thoroughly recommend! Everything was done so well and including an awkward situation with a difficult potential purchaser. We couldn't recommend Forbes and his team any more highly. They made the whole thing an absolute pleasure from beginning to end while handling any difficulties with firm and skilful aplomb.

    They are not prompt at coming back to you. I feel I have to do a lot of chasing up even though I pay a management fee for them to provide a service. They a very quick to chase you up for various items.

    Could and should do better.

    Reasonable, but communication issues on several fronts. I've been exasperated at lack of information and also disappointed at eleventh hour "emergency" calls which I feel could and should have been avoided.

    My service feedback with Sales

    Our house was sold within 1 month and we were very happy with the service. We were always kept up to date with feedback from viewers. The girls were all very helpful and explained things when we weren't sure of the process. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

    Awful Letting Agent Service

    Awful letting agent management: they don't listen to requests and never get back to you. They were explicitly told not to re-market my property between tenants as it was getting refurbished, but they did. The first i heard about it was when i got an email telling me the new tenant had signed the lease so the refurb needed to be finished in two weeks.
