About this branch

Our estate agency office occupies a central location on Newmarket Street, just across from Falkirk Grahamston train station and on the corner of Vicar Street.

We offer services to the beautiful town of Falkirk and it's surrounding areas of Larbert, Polmont, Denny, Bonnybridge, Carronshore, Kincardine, Shieldhill and Polmont. Our 25 estate agency branches cover half of Scotland and have been moving people for over 40 years. We pride ourselves in having an exceptional knowledge of our local areas and training our staff to provide the best possible property service.

We are part of the UK’s largest estate agency group, with access to more buyers than any other estate agency in the country. We offer integrated conveyancing, Home Report and mortgage services to streamline your move.

Local information about Falkirk

Falkirk has a huge amount to offer residents. It is alive with superb attractions such as The Helix parkland, which is home to the world’s largest equine sculpture. The area also boasts the impressive Callendar House and the 15th century fortress Blackness Castle, both of which must be seen to be believed.

The nearby John Muir Way is a walker’s paradise and The Falkirk Wheel is another local engineering masterpiece as the world’s only rotating boat lift.

Falkirk has direct access to major motorway networks with the M9 running from the north to east, and the M876 from the west. The town’s two railway stations link directly to Glasgow, Edinburgh and further afield to London Kings Cross.
