Insurance

Adequate insurance is vital. Whether you’re a property owner, buy-to-let investor or a tenant – ensure that you’re insured.

Whatever your circumstances, through Slater Hogg Mortgage and Insurance Services, we can offer insurance policies which insures you, your family, your property and the contents within it.

We offer the following insurance services:

Homeowner insurance

Buying a home will be one of your biggest investments, so we provide a range of cover options to protect your home and contents. Our Homeowner Insurance offers extensive cover, with flexible options to suit your needs.

Landlord insurance

Our landlord insurance allows landlords peace of mind that their property is protected, so that they can focus on running their business. Our buildings and contents cover protects against damage due to fire, storm, escape of water and flood.

Tenant insurance

Our AXA Tenant Insurance provides extensive cover with options to suit your needs. Tenant contents insurance provides blanket cover up to £50,000 against loss or damage as a result of storm, escape of water, flood, fire or theft.

MortgageCare

Our MortgageCare policy provides a monthly benefit to help pay for your mortgage and associated costs, in the event of an accident, sickness or involuntarily unemployment.

Life Insurance+

Our Life Insurance+ policy provides a one-off cash sum (or monthly instalments if family cover is selected) if you were to die during the cover period. It can be used to help pay off your mortgage and/or provide money to help maintain standards of living for your loved ones.

Income Protection+

Our Income Protection+ cover provides a regular income if, due to illness or injury, you suffer a loss of earnings during the term of the policy.

Critical Illness+

Our critical illness policy pays out an amount if the person covered is diagnosed with a critical illness. In the same way that home insurance covers your property, a critical illness policy covers you.
